Had someone block me on Twitter for expressing another perspective to a story that someone has in the head. People don't like having their beliefs questioned. Oh no GOD forbid you let go of that old existing story.. 

This past couple weeks I have been in the Dominican Republic traveling by horse all throughout the mountains of the Dominican Republic. We climbed the highest mountain in all of Caribbean and it was one hell of a magical experience! Hope you enjoy!! Much love!

Karan Bindra is working with Surely Miller at the Casa De La Luz which is a healing facility that works with many different modalities of healing through spiritual practices. Karan is an incredible musician, yoga teacher, medicine facilitator and just an awesome human being. 

This was our first time getting to know each other and we wanted to share that experience with you all. You can feel the heart in this conversation and just how well it flows, like our lives. What a blessing to have made such a beautiful new friend this weekend among quite a few new others as well! 

It was also really beautiful to see some older friends with whom we have have been working together the past few years and see just how much everyone is growing and see the transformations happening.

Just letting it out. It feels so good to hear myself from heart and let out the tears. I leave myself open and know this is my power. It's not easy doing this, but I feel the calling to do it, so here I am. I am sending you all so much love and light. Praying for strength and courage for us all to keep going and going. I'm right here with you!! Always!

Some self therapy... I talk about some sexual issues that are currently happening. Dating app addiction, addiction to the anticipation of the ego getting what it wants. I don't want to use my spirit anymore and keep abusing it. He loves me so much... Mirror of love!
