Another game, another moan, as Albion were denied once again by shoddy refereeing types! Not that we felt the need to whinge about it for 2 hours or anything!

Actually we didn’t. We spared a few minutes to assess the interesting changes to the team line-up, highlighted some decent individual performances, put in our PL predictions and perused the wider footy news.

The ‘we’ being a Pod Squad of Russell, Robin, Andy K and Andy B, but not that one! Yes Mr Bass returned for his second appearance on the show to impart wise words of wisdom before vowing to do exactly the same thing on The Albion Roar. And why not?!

And cliche of the week? “VAR is ruining the game, get rid of it!” We now concur!
