  • Episode 5: timeless tales of chinaware

I did some research on chinaware and here's what I found:

China ware, also known as porcelain, has a rich history dating back thousands of years in China. Porcelain is a ceramic material made from clay, quartz and feldspar.
It is renowned for its delicate appearance, translucency, and durability at high temperatures.
Antique and modern pieces are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.

As I learned more, I imagined the millions of untold tales and secrets that chinaware hold, as the feature of countless intimidate dinners and lavish celebrations.

I implore you to be inspired by the durability, distinction, and diversity of chinaware.

  • Episode 4: masterclass on quitting

    Overdoing is toxic.

Which is difficult to admit, coming  from the generation that was specifically told to "go above and beyond".

To overdo is to engage in excessive or unnecessary behavior beyond what is appropriate or reasonable for a given situation.

It often involves taking things to an extreme.

For example- overworking, overspending, or overindulging. Which leads to negative consequences and diminishing returns.

    Signs of overdoing:

    • physical exhaustion
    • neglect of personal responsibilities
    • declining mental or physical health,
    • diminished enjoyment or satisfaction from the activity

    Instead of overdoing,

    I challenge you,

    Do only what is asked

    Take breaks

    Recalibrate your intentions

    Ask for help

If you've done all these, yet continually find yourself in a cycle of overdoing, consider quitting.

It may not be a popular opinion. & that's okay.

Hear me out because context is everything.

    Quitting must be thoughtful

    It's no spontaneous act

Perhaps you mediated. Prayed over it. Chat with your therapist about it. Given it ample time. Considered the necessary aspects.

Still-  it doesn't sit well with your soul.

    Quit.

  • Episode 3: will travel for healing

    Travel Heals.

When you travel: connect with the culture; understand the history.
When you do,  it leaves you no option except to grow, and evolve.

Whether it's the contagiousness of the slower living in London.
Or the harmony that floats midair in St. Lucia.
Or the undeniable joy in every corner of Jamaica.
Or the peace that sweeps in Costa Rica.

Travel and experience this incredible planet for yourself.
    For the creative spark, travel
    For increased understanding, travel.
    For greater empathy, travel.
    For lasting memories, travel.
    For healing, travel.

  • Episode 2: demystifying supernatural

Supernatural is spectacular; by definition it is unnaturally or extraordinarily great.

There's a lot of noise around it, especially between the scientists, and teachers, religious pundits, and the sacrilegious.

If you're in a transformative season, and you prioritize understanding supernatural, in every context,

I submit that you will hold an invaluable advantage.
