It goes without saying that the balance with a healthy lifestyle on all levels is of great importance for us to get the most out of our lives. I take on another aspect of the concept to shed some insight into my own wellness journey, what I have learnt, the not so great choices, the onus on complacency and continue the key message of balancing our wellness into the physical, emotional and spiritual areas of our wellbeing.
I have made a tone of not so good decisions in my journey thus far, we are human beings after all. But that is where the growth is in those moments of learnings, realities and testers in our life as we progress.
If we continue to embrace change, evolve and unlearn we will create better energy for ourselves, families, communities and greater society. It’s all about connection!

Join in yet another yarn with another brother that’s done the pilgrimage! Staying grounded in his cultural connection from childhood of working on the land, there is not much Clarence hasn’t achieved when he applies himself.
One of the most genuinely humble and generous men I have met along the way. Enjoy this one, it is another piece of the puzzle of bringing back the warrior within.

The ebbs and flows of maintaining relationships to each other, families, values, societies and self are all so important to maintain and work at.
Join me for another raw and very unpolished episode (listen for the doorbell ring near the end) where I take a dip into describing some insight into the relationships we hold from many angles. I also take the opportunity to have a little half season check in (it doesn't quite cover it all)- it’s been an incredible ride so far and I have had a blast putting some of my work on this platform.
Enjoy this one it is a little bouncy but I get some points- see ya next time hey!

Acknowledging where we have come from and what the elders have laid before us is the narrative that Alan Thorpe and myself venture into.
Respecting the journey is about understanding our past, staying into our present and being conscious of our future, Alan is helping men, families and communities all over Victoria connect back to doing the inner healing work in an incredibly humanised way. Dardi Munwurro is the entity changing lives on many levels and I am very honoured to have a yarn with a man that has also been a personal mentor for me.
By far the deepest conversation, due to the connection we both have in looking at being selfless to help others. Enjoy this discussion. It's grounded in positivity and respect for the journey we all take.

What we take into our system through mind, body & spirit is really important to be mindful of. I go for a nose dive into discussing the importance of poisons, physically we must be conscious of what we consume, mind poison is also a facet that affects our lens of who we really are & spiritual poison is looking at the energies around us through people & environments.
This pillar of the BBTW approach is crucial to observing what collateral damage is around us and what we can do to help balance things out on all levels.
An episode to listen deep, look at, feel and observe to help us all move forward.

Identity
Jump on in with me, as I take you on the journey of identity. Who are we? This pillar of the work is so crucial to open up and yarn about, the importance of looking into your values, beliefs, ego & cultural background is the central fundamental core to self acceptance.
I share what is a sensitive part of my life at the age of 10. This was that pivottable moment to knowing who I truly was, the ironic thing is I always knew! It was just the moment of clarity that changed everything.
Identity is important to explore, embrace, be challenged by & accept, in order to be functionable in balance of mind, body & spirit.
Enjoy this one, it may take you back but it’s the first big boom moment of my life.

To stay in between, being present & looking at self is one of the universal laws of life. All Eastern cultures align with the concept so naturally, although we may speak different languages & laws the power of self awareness is observing yourself. Your patterns, behaviours & attitudes are sometimes unknown to us through our life. I speak about some simple but effective ways of simplifying self awareness to the baseline of stopping, breathing & connecting to something bigger than us.
