It's funny how things that happen in our teens will linger in our minds in our later years. And it seems as though they bring us important lessons in these later years. What crashing & burning on an asphalt track during a high school shuttle hurdle relay race taught me about myself. 

I think we all get stuck every once in awhile. There are a lot of people there right now. But what are you doing about it?

It's hard to put this into words The most difficult evaluation is of the self. It is also the most needed. Mission critical friends-it is well past time.

I've learned a lot of things from the crazy stuff I've done in my life. But the most significant always seems to come back to being able to jump.
