James and Dan catch up after a very busy week. Dan discusses his fifth place finish at the European 24hr Champs with a new British Road Record of 273km. James discusses his finish at last weeks Tor Des Geants, a 220 mile non-stop mountain race around the Aosta Valley of Italy. Warning: Very Bad Language throughout.

Damian is a National Treasure of British Ultrarunning, with a list of accolades longer than we could possibly type here. The trio chat about his recent attempt at the Pennine Way Record (again), Dan’s 48hr, Green Runners, Tiny prison phones and Monkey Pox.

Mark won the Arc of Attrition 100 in a massive course record last weekend. He also has course record’s at Lakeland 100 and NDW100 amongst others. Dan and James catch up about this years Arc and then ask Mark what the recipe for the Secret Sauce is…..

Dan and James discuss the Centurion Running Track 100 where Aleksandr Sorokin ran a new World Best for 100 miles in 11:14 before going on to the 12 hour world record in addition. And where Samantha Amend finally cracked the British Female all time 100 mile best with a 14:34…. alongside many other sensational performances to boot. The two also look ahead to the Thames Path 100 this weekend coming, where Dan is lacing up his racing flats to compete.
