Dr. Justin Drama is your above average lead doctor at a hospital. Sure he's handsome, and makes just under six figures (four is just under six right?) but does he got it where it counts? In the bedroom? Turns out he does. And guess what? He puts his stethoscope on just like you do, one leg at a time. However, Dr. Drama has reached his boiling point and decides to leave the hospital game for his dreams of hitting the open road. 

Suddenly, his world is flipped upside down, all topsy turvy. When suddenly, the Pope and the President arrive at the hospital with fatal gunshot wounds. Dr. Drama is suddenly pulled back into the hospital business. Then suddenly, he has to confront his shortcomings. Suddenly after that, he needs to make amends with his ex. 

Suddenly, very suddenly, he needs to stop for some cigarettes. Unfortunately, suddenly, he has to make friends with his work nemesis. Furthermore and suddenly, Dr. Drama is faced with the one question no mortal can escape: Which one do you save? The Pope or the President?
