Paul and Mark talk nonsense while watching the 2017 ADCC - not really a fight companion as they're not mentioned a great deal but see what they have to say about the coming out party of King Ryan, Orlando Sanchez' choice of fight shorts and the stand up skills of the worlds top grapplers (the stunned silences are the reason for delays in releasing this episode.... it took some editing)!

Episode 53 - We are joined by David Stache, co-founder of Nourish restaurants, nutritionist, enterepreneur, facebook group extraordinaire and 1 stripe white belt.  David puts Mark straight on all his nutrition fads, plus they talk diet, weight cutting, supplements, training, steroids: food and more food (even fig rolls) and some of the nonsense that takes place in the sports science and nutrition arena!

Episode 52 - The lads are back with some random chatter.  They talk a bit of BJJ, Gi Talk, Potty training, the underground for a change, and Paul is learning to play Piano!  Random!
