We start with having Elle tell us about herself - what she does. We then get into her health and wellness journey and how that has led to her writing her own book. After that, we get right into talking about the thyroid gland, such as symptoms of issues and its importance.
Next, Elle gets around to talking about the paleo diet, and how that helps to keep your thyroid healthy. She shares a story of how she was struck with hypothyroidism, and then we start to talk more about the entire topic of healthy living.
Who ever knew that a little gland could be so important? It’s great that we had Elle to share about the topic. Plenty to take away from this. Enjoy!

David Warner Mathisen is the author of a new series of books entitled Star Myths of the World, and How to Interpret Them, which diagrams the astonishing evidence that virtually all the myths, scriptures, and sacred stories of humanity – from all regions of our planet, and across the millennia – are based upon a common system of celestial metaphor.
David comes on and we start with getting to know a little about his background. After that, we get right into the thick of things and start talking about how people might have taken characters from the Bible in a literal sense, and then we go in-depth with the story of the kings Solomon and Midas.
David also talks about the connection between the physical and spiritual planes. Tommy gets really interested and they start talking about the Kingdom of Heaven. We hear about Noah’s ark, the 4 elements, Prometheus’ spark, and more about the spirit realm. Later on, David also talks about constellations, zodiac signs, and what-ifs on if we were able to connect with the unknown.
This is a seriously great episode. It’s a very different vein from our usual material, but it’s been a very interesting conversation with David that goes very in-depth. Tune in! This is one you don’t want to miss.

Tony Sentmanat is a Marine Corps Veteran and retired Law Enforcement SWAT Operator with almost 20 years of Real World experience. He is a lifelong practitioner in Mixed Martial Arts with extensive experience as a Law Enforcement Combative Trainer and has been a Firearms Instructor for over 17 years.
We start with having Tony share about his background, what he does, and how his business came about. He then shares a bit about his experience with being a cop in Miami. In lieu of that, Doc asks Tony if he’s ever felt out of depth while he was still on the beat. After that, Tony shares further about a what it feels like to be in a shitstorm, and he talks about disassociation.
The convo remains interesting as they get into talking about in-depth topics; Doc asks about undercover work, dealing with high stakes situations and with the bad guys. Much later on, Tommy asks Tony about his view on American’s being able to own guns, and Tony responds with how that relates to making sure to be well trained to handle firearms.
This was a very interesting episode, and another one of the greats! Tony has plenty of real-world experience, and this has given us a bit of a look at the life of a genuine badass. Enjoy the episode guys!
