Yeaaaaaa we shit talk too! Juvy opened the flood gates that led to the discussion about black people uniting. Suddenly, the discussion went from women wearing sun dresses and more. It’s official basement gang, Dre is the DJ Envy of BBP (LOL). During the segment of Shout Outs & Middle Fingers (S.O. M.F), Dre gives an awkward shoutout that left the gang in laughing tears. Dre continues to explain what he did for the 4th of July that left the gang in confusion. Also, a discussion was had which led to each member sharing a piece of their sexual experiences, however, Millx and Lu go in depth. Listen as the stories unravel at BBP.

From learning how to work with friends/business partners, editing videos and audios and establishing a flow.  The topic switched gears as we spoke about losing a member and the events that led to his departure.  Listen as we shed some light on the situation.

As Dre describes his weird encounter with a promiscuous ol’ lady, E and Millx  is laughing with full blown tears. E highlighted a time she saved a life in the streets of Brooklyn. Happy Father’s Day to all of the fathers around the world. Happy Juneteenth to all black people in the U.S! How many of ya’ll still went to work on Juneteenth? Cause you know Dre did! While Lu serenaded the mic with his momentous Father’s Day stories and gifts,  Dre and Millx had shitty Father’s Day stories (LOL- playing little violin). As the discussion continues, E shares why men receive “essential” gifts for Father’s Day and shared a valuable lesson about buying the “right” gift. Listen as the gang chop it and laugh at each other’s pain. 

As Dre, Millx and Lu styled in their hoochie daddy shorts, E had on sweats lol. Thats okay because HOOCHIE DADDY SZN is here!!! Apparently, bodysuits are in SZN as well according to Dre as he talks about… Millx shares his experience as being a driver who ends up in ghetto ass NYC situations. E continues to complain about adulting. When the FUCK is she going to grow up?! Speaking of adulting, Lu catches two ppl adulting… Come join us so we can make you laugh. 

Hey Basement Gang Ladies, Dre works 16 hour shifts. Come and get’em (LOL). After  Dre talks about slaving and body suits, E describes her commute with sleep talkers that curse. Good ol’ NYC trains never let us down without a dull moment. Lastly, Millx explains how he ends up in the women’s bathroom. THIS IS A STORY TO HEAR. 

As the Gang do their  SHOUT OUTS & MIDDLE FINGERS (S.O.M.F), the topic of independent women and dependent men is discussed. Are women seeing the pros and cons of being an “independent” woman? Are men seeing the pros and cons of being a “dependent” man? Chill with BBP as both concepts are being dissected.  

Here at BBP, we politick a bit. As the members did their rounds of SHOUTOUTS & MIDDLE FINGERS, the Buffalo shooting was brought up. The discussion highlighted the disparities that black and brown people face today.  While transitioning, the discussion led to the Kendrick Lamar album which also spoke about an inimical word that is deem hurtful to LGBTQ2+ community and how society continues to undermine black people. 

BBP sends their condolences to the family members who lost a loved one in the Buffalo shooting. This pod is dedicated to you. As E would say, "You are loved and respected here at Brooklyn Basement <3."
