Phil Penman's street photography is striking and beautiful. Each of his images has a life of it's own whether it be a street scene or portrait. Much of his work is shot black and white where Phil really utilizes the subtleties of light and shadow, however he occasionally sneaks in a gorgeous color photo as well. It's fascinating to hear Phil talk about what motivates him to create his striking images.
