A CIA agent and a knife wielding Mi6 Agent were overheard by a bystander in a Casino in Montenegro last night, apparently splurging nearly $10 million dollars of taxpayers money on a high stakes poker game with known terrorists. The agent was even heard mocking the taxpayer by saying ‘does it look like we need the money?’
