We talk about our own journeys of self love, how to build confidence and the betterment of our mental health, the stigma of what a woman should be, the normalcy of slut-shaming, our periods, and much more. Brown and Bonita Episode Four: #MixedBaby is featuring our sister, Lauryn !!
