Often times, we don’t find greatness within ourselves because we accept the rejection of others. Everyone that we admire embraces that respect we command by resistance to what others want them to be. Will you resist?

To often we run to silence as the answer to the most difficult problems in life. It is important that we begin to have the tougher conversations, so that we can start achieving the success and outcomes we want!

Having real time honesty goes beyond just hearing that is being said. This form of communication has been for, decades, meanness, bullying and even anger! If you ever want to be successful and you want to be great you are going to have to face the fear of Honesty!

There has got to be a way to fix the world! There is! It is through the nuclear strength and structure of the family unit. It starts with the acceptance that your parents did the best they could thier first time as people, parents, and men and women! Like how do you expect someone to do something better on their first try than they are doing?

It is the introspection of self that allows us to see ourselves at the monsters we hunt. When you accept others with the same grace that you want, then live is born. Love is the ability to offer yourself in a manner which enables the recipient, the opportunity to receive your actions in a language and animation with meaningful understanding! The pain to leave where you are to totally commit to where they want you to be; with authentic and genuine willingness!

Defund the Bro Code. It’s time that the bro code is dismantled and reconstructed to protect the integrity and solidarity of men. The bro code will no longer be a place where inept men can take refuge. Males can’t come here to be harbored while the consequences of their poor decisions blow over! Men make men and that’s the intent and purpose of the Bro Code

The world isn't going to give us equality. It's up to you to fill the voids; with courage, integrity and introspection.

It's high time we discussed parenting styles. Men it's time to get yo ass back in to grooming, nurturing and involving your self in child rearing. Ladies, corporal punishment can't be a solution to your situation. Children need a better understanding and emotionally balanced parent. We can do better, we can overcome many of our challenges and traumatic experiences; by just having pmore honest, transparent and consistent communication and discipline with our children and people in the village; especially those that help us reach our parenting goals.

Political Correctness has caused us to be weak! Now we have these soft clusters of citizens. We have been bullied into not being able to speak our truths and more of us are falling victims to not being able to handle the truth. We don’t want the truth, and yet we need the honesty of other! You my friend are a God Damn Cherry Picker!

All the “minority” communities are equal. When we look in the mirror we are all equal and strong through the battles we face. You can’t want equality and be weak to adversity
