Brown Suga Said It

Peace loves, in the bakery on this episode we’re discussing the difficulties of “staying consistent”. We hear this word often especially as it pertains to growth and “seeing the results”, but can we have an honest conversation about it?

•

Also, let’s talk individuality. Grinding, overproducing and becoming a bottomless reservoir of creativity will never be enough to maintain your self esteem. You must see yourself before anyone else can truly see you.

Listen, sometimes we just have our days. They don’t have to necessarily be “bad”, perhaps they’re just long. You’re drained from exerting all of your energy and brain power. Maybe it’s a culmination of other pressing days/ matters. Here’s an account of my day and how I navigated it for the betterment of my mental/emotional health. Breathe, fix some tea and join the conversation.

Welcome to season 3! If you’re a bit confused about where season 2 is, that question will be cleared up within this episode. We’re talking about Tether and Weather. Have you been noticing an idea or old project resurfacing in your thoughts or daily conversations? It may be time to try it again. How do I know if a door is meant to stay closed ? How do I know when to walk away? Weather vs climate, my friend.

In the Season Two Finale we surrender our branches/ being to God/nature as we transition throughout the four seasons. Loss & gain are significant in the agreement we make with God/nature. Music is credited to Phillip E. Morris “Oh Yeah”.

In keeping with the Three Trees Philosophy as we create Oasis Spaces in season two: we touch on the Palm tree in the bakery on this episode. It’s all about righteous thought power and prosperous energy.

Bring your pencils and paper: in this three part makeshift philosophy, we’ll be assessing ourselves in order to create an oasis space through being present. You can’t welcome possibility without being present. Enjoy a brief meditation following the discussion.

Can you recall the last time you experienced something in slow motion?

We’re making this moment of meditation the introduction to the bakery’s hottest treat: oasis spaces.

An oasis space can be a state of mind, moment in time you allow yourself the soft transition it needs into relaxation and reset.

Peace Bakers, here’s a Season One favorite!

Peace BAKERS! Here’s a slight snack to hold y’all over. Also be mindful of volume fluctuations if you’re listening with headphones. Safe listening is correct listening. Enjoy this poem I wrote while on the beach watching two pigeons cuddle. Yes.
