*19-20 year old from Nazareth.
Living in a small town. Population 400
A Carpenter like his father before him.
Preparing to be married to Mary.
Joseph grew up being taught who God was.
He went to Hebrew School and had a Bar Mitzvah just like all the other boys.
He lived in a culture that taught him to know and believe God in every area of life.
Joseph’s ancestors, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Noah, Moses, and Rahab did their job of passing down the promise.

Matthew 1:18-21 TPT
This is how the birth of Jesus Christ took place.
His mother, Mary, had promised Joseph to be his wife,
but while she was still a virgin she became pregnant
through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Her fiancé, Joseph, was a righteous man full of integrity
and he didn’t want to disgrace her,
but when he learned of her pregnancy he secretly planned to break the engagement.
While he was still debating with himself about what to do,
he fell asleep and had a supernatural dream.
An angel from the Lord appeared to him and said,
“Joseph, descendant of David, don’t hesitate to take Mary
into your home as your wife, because the power of the Holy Spirit
has conceived a child in her womb.
She will give birth to a son and you are to name him
‘Savior,’ for he is destined to give his life to save his people from their sins.”
Do you trust in Me Joseph?
When Jospeh’s Knowing, Believing and Trusting in God all came together it burst forth as a faith that pleased God!

This faith compelled him to be obedient. (Yes Sir Moment)

Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep,
did as the angel of the Lord commanded him
and took to him his wife, and did not know her
till she had brought forth her firstborn Son.
And he called His name Jesus.
So God chose Jospeh to be the earthy father of Jesus Christ.
I wonder if Joseph had the thought “Who Me”?
God chooses ordinary people to do extraordinary things!
