Sebastian Terry is the man behind "Seb 100 things, What's on your list?" Following the loss of a close friend, Sebastian found himself questioning his life - with the overwhelming thought being, if his friend had the chance at life once more, would they do it differently?

Sebastian decided to draw up a list of 100 things he wanted to do and has spent more than a decade ticking them off - including spending a week on a deserted island, skydiving naked, marrying a stranger, representing a country at a sport, learning a language to name only a few.

Very quickly he learned that others got as much out of this as he did as total strangers contacted him to offer help, ask advice on their own lists, and his community grew and grew.  Sebastian now runs his website, Seb100Things.com where people can sign up and state their own lists, joining a huge global community ready and willing to help each other out.
