Another year in the books! Isn't it crazy that sometimes we feel like time is dragging and just like that we wind up back in this place of a new year, new era, a new adventure? As a person and as a business owner, the changing of the years is often made quite symbolic of a time to refresh and make changes that we see necessary or fit in our lives and businesses.
In this episode of Brunch with Jackie and Brandi, the ladies complete another year in business and reflect on their businesses. They discuss the ways they reflect upon their business, track certain stats, keep notes on what went well and what didn't, and make necessary changes year on year.
Thank you for listening to Brunch with Jackie and Brandi. We hope that you have a great holiday and cannot express how much we appreciate all of the love and support we get through listens, reviews, follows on instagram, and more.
Is the person that you are a conglomerate of the 5 people you spend the most time with? I mean it makes sense...you spend time with people often and you probably share some traits and values or you share experiences that then shape you. But, what if it goes even deeper? What if our journey in life leads us past people and experiences that we chip a piece off of and collect to form who we become? The concept is truly thought-provoking.
In this episode of Brunch with Jackie and Brandi, the ladies discuss their thoughts on this concept - are we the sum of the 5 people we spend time with? Can we change our circumstances based on our own acceptance or resistance? With so much to consider, Jackie and Brandi pull from experiences that they have had to share their thoughts. Jackie and Brandi also share the 5-ish people that they spend the most time with and reflect on those relationships in their lives.
This episode is a great way to round out 2021 as we consider the relationships in our lives and get real about how they change us.

Have you ever thought about how Beyonce or JLo have the same 24 hours in a day that you do yet they are running business empires, working out, looking fab, raising kids, being freaking role models, you know, all of the things!? No they aren't magical (well, not in that way), but they do know how to be boss babes that outsource and work with a team of people under them to accomplish all of their goals. So, while you probably can't afford a glam team...yet...it is so important to know that anyone at any stage in their life and business can utilize the power of outsourcing to level up to their higher selves.
In this episode of Brunch with Jackie and Brandi, the ladies talk about outsourcing in general, but especially during the holiday season, in both their businesses and personal lives. They talk about how the outdated concept of having to do it all yourself is simply not true and how it is empowering to be able to look at your life and recognize where you want and need to have assistance to help you live your best life or run your best business.
Hopefully, this episode can empower you to evaluate the tasks in your life that you love from the ones you don't so much and consider the possibilities of outsourcing to allow you more time for the things you truly do love.

Entrepreneurship is such a large leap into the unknown. So many people linger in the space of wanting to jump in that they barely get to the point of dipping their toes in the water. So, what holds people back from taking the ultimate plunge? Fear.
In this episode of Brunch with Jackie and Brandi the ladies discuss the fear that is created when thinking about entering or being in the depths of entrepreneurship. They talk about reasons why those fears develop in the first place, whether it be fearing the unknown or maybe worrying about money. They examine the cause of these fears and talk about ways that those fears can be better alleviated. This is a great reflection on the things that hold us back and how we can crush through those barriers.
Both Jackie and Brandi started their business with no backing and a lot of hard work. They have not only survived but thrived by combating their own fears. Their real-life experience is truly shared in a way that is beneficial and so down to earth and easily consumable.
