Last week we talked to Briar Mitchell. She had contracted with a service that provides cadaver dogs. They searched the area that Keith claims to have put his 3rd victim. Keith talks about that as well as another victim. I will admit, this call was very interesting and caught me off guard a little.

In Vancouver, BC there is a place that is known as the low track. It was place that was full of prostitutes, drugs, pimps, violence, poverty, and death. A lot of prostitutes began to go missing. In that book she talked about several serial killers including Keith Hunter Jesperson aka The Happy face Killer. There is some mystery behind Jesperson's 3rd victim. The 3rd victim died of a drug over dose and not by strangulation like his other victims. Briar contracted a cadaver dog team to see if they could find the real 3rd victim that died over 30 years ago.
