Noelle Fowler is a Holistic Declutter Coach. In this episode Noelle shares some very common stories we may tell ourselves about our clutter. We talk about the brilliance of marketing and the stories that we are told daily from advertisements on TV all the way to billboards.
Noelle and I both feel that women can and will change the world and we talk about how part of that change is by empowering women to be intentional with their money.
I hope you enjoy this time with Noelle as much as I did.
I struggle with clutter, a part of me knows all the rational reasoning to get rid of clutter and another part of me is still caught up in many of the stories that Noelle shared.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this episode and clutter and women changing the world!

Do you ever think about your wealth? Not just your financial wealth but your whole wealth wheel? Do you shy away from even thinking about money? What could be different if you could embrace and empower your relationship with your wealth? Do you ever wonder where these limiting beliefs around wealth may have come from?
In this episode I introduce the idea of a wealth like real wealth and I hope you start to get curious with yourself about your relationship with wealth.
I would love to hear if and how this episode ripples for you.
Lots of love,
Kate
Are you feeling the pull to clear clutter? To Spring Clean? Have you ever thought of how clutter weighs you down?

Surprisingly quite a bit ... In this episode we dig a little deeper into clutter and what may be going on underneath our clutter (literally and figuratively)

In this episode I share some words from the amazing Sophie Bashford found in her book "You Are a Goddess". If you don't know of her I encourage you to find her. I love the power in her words, I encourage you to see how her words feel in your body. This idea that our society is the way it is to "keep women in line". I know this isn't a new concept however, I offer you the space to really sit with this idea and feel where you feel it in your body and what BS story may bubble up for you. As always I would love to know if this episode resonates for you. I would also love to know what comes up for you with the term goddess?

I also want to share again Sophie Bashford and her book "You Are a Goddess"
In this episode we do a bit of reflecting on how capitalism may be anti-feminine. Be giving space to ourselves for curiosity, to see where we are feeling things in our body, and to be open to follow the path of an old story and see where it may have originated from and also how has that story shaped our belief of worthiness, especially self-worth.
My hope is these prompts that I got from a post and that I have shared on my Facebook page Kate Toye-Self-Compassion Coach gives you a bit of a mirror to see how old stories may be so programmed we aren't even aware that they are a story AND what gifts can we give to our authentic self when we bust one of our own myths.
I would love to hear your thoughts come share on my facebook page.
As always I hope this podcast gave you nuggets to get curious about.
You are worth the work!
Hello you beautiful beings!
I can't believe it has been almost a year since I was last here with you and at the same time I can totally believe it.
So very grateful to be back with you, I have soooo much to share.
In this episode I share about some the realizations I have been having as I am on the journey of reclaiming, understanding, embracing, connecting with my feminine. I am amazed at all of the subtle ways we as a society shame the feminine. I know there are going to be many ongoing shares about this topic and this story has been wanting to be shared for some time.
If this resonates for you in anyway I would love to hear what comes up for you. Find me on FB at katetoyeselfcompassioncoach or email me [email protected], I would love to hear what bubbles up for you.
As always.. you are worth the work!
This has been a topic of conversation that I am hearing more and more frequently with my own clients and in the healing communities that I am a part of. I wanted to share about this today as I feel it is a very big topic and the pain of the grief can make us question our healing journey.
Is it possible for you to not judge the grief? Is it possible for you to be with the grief? Is it possible for you to trust that you won't stay "stuck" in the grief?
If you are experiencing the "grief" of healing I want you to know that you are not alone. This is totally natural and common, it makes sense that we would experience a sadness for our perception for what could have been. As well as a grieving for all that our little self had to compromise.
I also want you to know that healing isn't all hard work and grief there is so much joy, love, spaciousness, celebration and of course self compassion in healing.
I hope this episode supports you wherever you are on your journey. You are worth the work.

Do you express your needs? Do you even know how? Sometimes does it feel like the only way to say what you need is by shaming or guilt tripping others in your life?
Not knowing how to say what you need is a trauma response. Is it possible to understand what you need, with love and self compassion? I think so.
I hope you find some tools in the episode to help you start to understand your needs, to start to communicate clearer and start to get curious about what might be in the way of you being able to express your needs.
You matter so much, you are not alone, and you are worth the work.
The more you understand yourself, the faster and deeper you can heal.
As Gabor Mate says, "Suffering arises out of the degree that we are unconscious about ourselves."
Why is there so much resistance to understanding our own trauma or even admitting it?
In this episode Kate shares what unhealed childhood trauma manifests through our lives.
We are able to have the strongest relationships in our lives when the relationship with ourselves are healthy, compassionate, and full of unconditional self love. You are not alone, and you are worth the work.
