Ajahn Nissarano gives a talk about contentment and developing the inner smile. Contentment is a quality the Buddha praised a lot. Ajahn then gives a guided meditation with the intention to create the condition for contentment to arise, using the inner smile, with whatever we experience. The second intention is to reflect on our experience of the meditation, particularly the breath, feelings, mind states and mind objects that we experience.
We highly recommend listening to the Dhamma talk. However, if you wish to skip to the guided meditation section, it should begin around 24:30.

Ajahn Nissarano gives an excellent talk about the five hindrances: sensual desire, aversion, sleepiness and drowsiness, restlessness and worry, doubt. Ajahn then gives a guided meditation with "to make peace with whatever we experience in the body and in our minds" as the intention.
We highly recommend listening to the Dhamma talk. However, if you wish to skip to the guided meditation section, it should begin around 37:45.

A guided meditation given by Ajahn Nissarano at BSV. Ajahn begins with a Dhamma talk covering right mindfulness, from the Satipatthana sutta, followed by a guided meditation. The intention of the meditation is to develop a calm and peaceful mind, and to look what what we are experiencing, in terms of internal and external, and the arising and passing away. In this meditation, Ajahn Nissarano uses the breath as the primary anchor. If we notice a feeling, state of mind or are looking at things in terms of dhamma, we can just be aware of it. When its energy finishes, come back to the breath, with a feeling of thanks.
