The main goal for this episode with Darren Duguay is to talk about the Buddy Up campaign. How 3/4 of all suicides are men or boys and how we can help to change those numbers by being aware. We are trying to move the needle with programs like Buddy Up and Darren helps us by teaching us that things just don't have to be this way. By adding tools to our toolbox we can help our friends and our community to be a better place. This can be a tough subject to discuss like this on a podcast but we feel it is very important and hopefully, we all get something very valuable out of this episode.
