Brittany is a wife, stay-at-home homeschooling mom to four boys, personal trainer, and pre & postnatal exercise specialist. She is incredibly passionate about helping women fit exercise and eating well into their lives seamlessly, according to their current season of life so that they feel STRONG and well-fueled for their days! Brittany offers several group-style programs- including a prenatal and postpartum strength training course, as well as fat loss programs and general fitness programs. She loves connecting other like-minded women in the community and encouraging women to be their healthiest selves!
