It’s Casual Friday on Talking Buffalo Podcast, which means Patrick Moran is joined by Noted Hockey author and Maintenance Day podcaster Joe Yerdon to discuss several topics, including a full review of all three first-round selections of the Buffalo Sabres after making no trades, what moves may be next for he team beyond the draft, a glance into their 2022-23 schedule plus this week's "Starting Five" draft of Best TV Comedies Since 2000 and much more.

Buffalo selected Matthew Savoie, Noah Ostlund and Jiri Kulich ninth, 16th and 28th respectively. The guys go over insight from draft experts around the league and have plenty to say about the picks themselves. They also have opinions on how a reported Matt Murray trade went down the tubes earlier in the day that would've seen Buffalo have two of the first nine picks of the draft.
