Jim "James" and his dog Murphy went missing in late October in the Groundbirch area of Northern BC. A search for him and his dog came up with nothing after two weeks but five weeks later his dog showed up 70 miles away in the Mile 95(Halfway River) area. It has raised a lot of questions and speculations as to what has happened or if it is even Murphy.

In this podcast I discuss what happened to a missing hiker in Northern BC. Sam disappeared on a 10 day hike and somehow survived for 50 days in the remote Northern BC wilderness. What I say in this podcast should be taken with a grain of salt and is not 100% factual. Sheldon discusses the pro's and con's of butchering your own deer at home. He walks you through all of the equipment, upfront cost's and time associated with getting started and even some of the equipment you can slowly get over time and as you progress as a at home butcher. 

In this podcast I talk about the two missing men in the North Peace region of BC. Sam went missing in the Redfern Lake area and James, along with his dog Murphy, went missing in the Groundbirch area. If you have seen either of these men, have dash cam footage of the area, or have any info that can help locate these men or help in the investigations, please send the info along to the Chetwynd RCMP detachment or the Fort St. John RCMP detachment.

In this podcast, Sheldon talks about the grouse population this fall and what he thinks is the cause of the recent decrease of the population. Predictions are made on how the rest of the season is going to go and he's very optimistic about the rest of the year.

In this podcast I talk about what its like spending a few days on the ocean in a slow boat compared to a regular fishing boat. We spent a few days living on the boat, on the ocean and we had an amazing trip. We beat the rush of everyone at the docks every morning and we were able to fish from dawn to dusk, and even into the night. It was an amazing trip and you really get to enjoy the ocean a bit differently when you slow down and take it all in.

I sit down with the guys from The Canadian Rifleman. It is a brand new business that is just starting up in Northern Alberta Canada. They are the only Canadian manufacturers of ammunition in Canada and are extremely proud of their new business venture. I'm proud to be the first platform to be able to sit down with these guys and get a behind the scenes look at who they are and what they have in development. 

This spring I discovered what was potentially a new dinosaur tracksite and I reported it to the Royal BC Museum. Just recently, the paleontology team from the museum was up north doing some field work and wanted me to bring them out to the new site to check it out. After inspecting the site, they confirmed that I did in fact discover a new dinosaur trackway site in Northern BC!
