Fitness Coach turned Confidence Coach, Paul Levitin realized that no matter how much free information we have access to (aka YouTube University, Podcasts, etc.) we often are not able to turn that information into consistent activity to achieve our goals and dreams. He saw this often in his work as a Fitness Coach and decided to take a different path to help his clients experience real change. Paul decided to tackle building the one thing that could help his clients achieve their goals, as well as be a result of achieving their goals, which was confidence.

Why do any of us do anything? Paul purports it is so we feel good about ourselves.

We may chase this confidence but we often do it through external channels. We may draw confidence through our pride in the efforts we are putting out to get us closer to our goal. But then, why do we get sidetracked from that effort? Why do we sabotage weeks of work in a day or weekend and fall off the wagon? Why do we get plagued by thoughts that we won't hit our goal and give up?

It's our mindset and our confidence. We don't really believe we can have the success we say we want, so we achieve what we believe.

There are four principals of coaching that I learned in the corporate world as a coach that are integral for both entrepreneurial and corporate coaches to include in your coaching practices. You may think that the practice of coaching in a corporate space is vastly different from coaching done as an entrepreneur, and that may be the case. Yet, there are some similarities that should exists that you may not be implementing that can vastly improve the coaching experience for you and your client.
