95% of tax preparers make approximately the amount of money that 95% of the nation's population makes. Therefore, when your business grows to six figures and the top 5% of income earners in the country, it is likely you'll still be employing a tax preparer or CPA whose income level does not match yours. This means they are now preparing taxes for income brackets they don't know or may not fully understand. Is that who you want protecting your money from being overtaxed? Dr. Daa'iyah Cooper started investing in real estate because she couldn't sell her house for a profit. So instead of selling for a loss, she rented that her first house out and has built a real estate portfolio and coaching business from there.

Despite working 60 to 80 hour weeks as an ER Doctor at times, she still managed to buy investment properties that began to build her wealth and replace her full time income. Once she realized her passive income could cover her daily living expenses, she retired from medicine and began her full time journey as an investor and coach.
