It's easy to neglect current listeners in the pursuit of new listeners, but doing this can actually slow growth. The most successful podcasters show genuine care and curiosity for their existing audiences.

How do you interact and stay in touch with listeners? Having a system in place for communication, whether it's a dedicated email or a unified inbox for multiple social media platforms, can make a big difference. More on that in this episode ...
