As the Managing Director of Dynamic Steel Frame, Peter has over 16 years of experience in the LGS framing industry, where he is recognized as a highly regarded innovator and leader. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering and a passion for steel framed construction, which he uses to push the boundaries of LGS technology and design.

Peter founded Dynamic Steel Frame in 2012, and since then, he has grown the business to be Melbourne's largest supplier of Light Gauge Steel and an internationally recognized business.

He and has lead Dynamic Steel Frame to win multiple Steel Excellence and Innovation Awards from the Australian Steel Institute for his ground-breaking four-story LGS building and World Leading facades.

Peter's mission is to help his clients succeed in LGS framing with their landmark projects, and to provide the best possible solutions for the Town House, medium-sized commercial and high-end residential market.

The company manufactures the aVAD® and HeartAssist5®, globally recognized ventricular assist devices.

Ford also served as SynCardia's CEO from 2005-2011, directing the development of new driver systems for the Total Artificial Heart, including the world's first wearable power supply for it. He transformed SynCardia into an acclaimed bioscience company.

In 1970, Ford founded AlphaGraphics, expanding it to 400 locations globally by 1988. He was awarded Quick Printing Man of the Year in 1985, Arizona SBA Entrepreneur of the Year in 1986, and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000.

Ford's current projects include FrameUpNow, Red Hawk at J-6 Ranch, St. David Springs and Santa Paula, all set to contribute significantly to Arizona's residential and commercial landscapes. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Brad Cooper is the managing partner at Frame Now and a seasoned general contractor. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has owned and operated Mc2 Homes, specializing in building custom homes in Southeast Arizona. Leveraging his vast experience, Brad teamed up with Roger Ford to launch Frame Now in January 2023, further extending his impact on the construction industry.

Larry is the Executive Director of the Steel Framing Industry Association (SFIA), the industry organization dedicated to expanding the market for cold-formed steel, representing all US and Canadian steel mills, and manufacturers, coil and stud suppliers, contractors, and design professionals who are involved in the vast majority of steel framing products in the US and Canada.  In May of this year, the Cold-Formed Steel Framing Engineers Institute (CFSEI) became part of the SFIA, bringing the total roster up to 2,100 members.  https://buildsteel.org/, the steel framing industry’s resource for promoting and supporting the use of cold-formed steel, is also under the SFIA umbrella with nearly 500,000 users in the last 12 months as well as the BuildSteel Weekly e-newsletter with a subscriber base of 10,000 readers.

As the executive staff member of the SFIA, he establishes and manages all aspects of the organization’s strategy, provides coordination between allied industry groups, and oversees a network of staff members who implement programs to accomplish industry goals.

Prior to joining the Steel Framing Industry Association in 2012, he served as General Manager of Market Development and Sustainability for the World Steel Association (Brussels), President of the Steel Framing Alliance, and as a founder and Executive Director of the Light Gauge Steel Engineers Association (now Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute).  As a partner in one of Northern California’s largest marketing and strategic communications firms, Williams has worked with Fortune 500 clients in the food and beverage, financial services, and travel/entertainment industries.

Kristal Howe is the Co-Founder, and VP of Prefabrication and Construction at ICS-Build. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business management at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Kristal worked as an ICC-Certified special inspector for a Geotech engineering firm, quickly moving up through the ranks in business development and as a project manager. 

The vast experience from these positions led her to open a new Geotech engineering firm in Denver. In the past, Kristal has acted as an owner’s representative on high-end restaurant concepts, new build retail developments, adaptive reuse projects, and tenant finish build-outs.
