• WE HBA is one of 29 local Home Builders Associations in Ontario, they are big advocates of choice and affordability in new home construction and renovation industry.
• WE HBA is also has networking opportunities for its members, and they have the goal in mind of making sure that the residential construction industry is as efficient as possible.
•  They have all kinds of members in the association not just builders like most people assume, they have renovators, tradespeople, suppliers, service providers and a few other associate members like insurance providers and business coaches that are a little less obviously related. 
• At the mommet there WE HBA has about 325 active members witch is the most members they have had over the mast decade. 
• Before Suzanne became the CEO of WE HBA she was actually a member of the association for about  25 years in her previous jobs. 
• Since COVID-19 has shaken up the business landscape, WE HBA is trying to find ways to help their membership by changing dynamics at the political and municipal level they’ve also started putting out content daily to keep their members informed.
• Now they are also running Webinars to teach their members how to thrive in these trying times. 
• WE HBE has a lot of charitable partners to help them have a positive impact on the local community, they mainly focus on creating opportunities for the younger generation to let them know that they can have a great career in the trades.
• The WE HBA runs new member lunches where they go through all of the things that they do and how to use their services to best benefit new members and their businesses.
