Mary Burke, Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate in 2014, went on to found Building Brave – a non-profit online community that helps women connect with their most confident selves. Through her own experiences, Mary herself has overcome self-doubt, fear of failure, and letting what others think of her hold her back. Mary believes that by creating that global community – now numbering around 10 million – women can inspire and empower each other.
