Hello everybody and welcome back to this week's episode of the Crushing It In Construction podcast. My name's Jordan Skinner, I am your host and this week I'm chatting with Ben Mullaney of InQuick Bridging Systems.

Ben is the CEO of the company, and he has a really interesting story. He doesn't come from a construction background, although his father did work in the construction industry, but he grew up wanting to be an academic. He wanted to work in universities and spend his life on campus. 

But it didn't work out that way and he found himself coming into the construction industry, helping his father and brothers build a company from the ground up.  And they are crushing it at the minute, the company's gone from strength to strength. They're expanding internationally and doing really, really well, and during this podcast, he's shares some of the ups and downs that they've had while building the company to where it is today.
