On today's solo episode Kristin shares a needed statement about only needing to master today not the rest of our lives in one day and how that statement allowed her to give herself more grace to set aside the long to-do list and let her gut guide her on what she had the capacity for today. Sometimes we push, and force ourselves to sit and get more work done even when we know deep down it's not working- that it's causing us to get less done and with a less than enthusiastic effort or low energy- it's time to check in with ourselves throughout the day and put the to-do list aside more often.
