Efficiency is a key focus for most practices at the moment, particularly those driven to work with their target market at a price point that works for everyone.  

 

In this Masterclass, I'm delighted to speak with David & Leasa McLean of Titan Financial Planning.  Based in the NSW Central Coast, this was one of a number of goals we started working towards in 2022, with the goal to be able to create efficiencies in the back office that would reduce cost and capacity pressure, whilst enabling them to grow revenue and work with more clients.  

 

Along the way, David & Leasa has undertaken acquisition, wrestled with changes in licensing arrangements and implemented new pricing and service models, which makes what they have achieved all the more satisfying.
