While it is true, no one will care as much about the work as you do, or do it quite up to your standards, you have to let go of some of those day-to-day responsibilities if you want to keep your business growing. You have to spend time working ON your business, and you can’t do that if all of your time is spent working IN your business. It’s time to let go.
