Janelle Spikes & Leanna Calvin are social workers and collectively they are I AM SOCIAL WORK, a lifestyle brand for social workers. The brand started in 2021. We discuss how the brand started, the idea behind it and working to get the name out to the social work community.

Janelle works full time as a medical social worker in a hospice facility in California.

Leanna owns a non-profit called Exposure Project provides youth with character development and career exploration from a hands on approach in Charlotte, NC.
