  • Ep 23 - Identifying as a female tradie

We can use the title "female tradie" for or against ourselves and other people can as well - and if you don't identify this way then that is fine too.

We want to check if we are using it against ourselves or other people are using it against us - to make us small or weak and if they are to stop them or stop us from bringing ourselves down.

  • Ep 22 - Think of something positive every time you think of something negative

So often we try and "just think positively" and it lasts 5 minutes and our inner voice rolls its eyes at us and is like, yeah, no. In this episode I go through a reasonable middle ground that is achievable to implement.

If you would like help or support with this process you can join my free Facebook community, tradeswomen owning there power or if you would like 1:1 support or you are a business wanting to make the workplace better for tradeswomen and minorities you can enquire through my website, louiseazzopardi.com
