She advocates using LinkedIn to show up with influence and credibility to form connections with other thought leaders.   
Having a strong presence on LinkedIn is necessary for a business to grow and foster meaningful connections. However, some people are finding LinkedIn too spammy and lacking authenticity in building relationships.
The key is to look beyond irrelevant messages and focus on how LinkedIn can help you to build genuine connections to maximise your business growth potential.
