Today, Pastor Ed will be explaining how Jesus fulfilled all the prophecies concerning His first coming to this Earth, and that there's no reason to doubt the prophecies concerning His Second Coming. God is faithful, and He is always true to His Word! When you read a promise of God in the Bible, you can claim it for your life in faith because He is faithful to bring it to pass. Many times with certain promises in the Word, we short change ourselves because of our own unbelief.

If others were to examine your life, would they find that you live for eternity, or that you live more for the temporal? As Pastor Ed continues his teaching series, he'll be challenging us to live for eternity, and to be more heavenly minded. The Bible exhorts us as good soldiers not to be entangled with the affairs of this life. We as Christians have a mission, and if we focus too much on worldly worries, we won't be effective in furthering God's Kingdom.

Today, Pastor Ed will be encouraging us to keep our hope fixed on Jesus and no one else. There is no world leader you can place your hope in, there is no man, or world system that you can have hope in. Hope is only found in Jesus our Lord who is an anchor to our soul. Our Lord is the only constant in our life, He never changes. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever! Don't place your hope in any temporal circumstances because at any moment, they can change.

In the book of Isaiah we are told that the Lord will guide us continually. Do we allow God to guide us in our every day lives? In today’s message, Pastor Ed will exhort us not to delay to do what the Holy Spirit is leading us to do. Sometimes God’s guidance doesn’t make sense to us. If we argue with Him we might miss out on the breakthrough and blessings that follow.

Our obedience is vital to God’s leading. Be ready to listen and walk in faith as the Holy Spirit leads us.

Are we willing to allow God to break through our barriers? In today’s message, Pastor Ed will teach us that our greatest barrier may be in our heart. God wants to help us break through our barriers and help us to follow Him fully. Don’t just look for outward barriers, but look at the barriers that are in our hearts and minds. Repent and ask for the filling of the Holy Spirit. When we let the Holy Spirit break through the barriers there will be a ripple effect on everything around us.

What barriers are keeping us from doing all that God wants us to do? Today Pastor Ed will teach us that there are blessings when there is a breakthrough in what ever is keeping us from experiencing all that God has for us. The enemy will try and keep us behind the barriers, but we must trust the Holy Spirit and follow Christ. Only by the power of the Holy Spirit will we be able to see the barriers in our lives be removed and receive the blessing God has for us.

Today as we continue our study of forgiveness we’ll be told to remember the grace and the blood of Jesus Christ that cleanses us of all sin. Pastor Ed will warn us not to allow satan to keep us in our bondage. The enemy will continue to fire condemning thoughts at us, but stand firm in God’s forgiveness. Don’t listen to the lies of the enemy. Resist the devil and receive God’s forgiveness. Accept God’s grace and remember that we have been forgiven of all our sin.

We are all born sinners therefore are in need of forgiveness. The Bible tells us to repent and receive forgiveness. Is that an easy thing for us to do? In today’s message, Pastor Ed will teach us that as hard as it can be to forgive someone, sometimes it’s even harder to forgive ourselves. He says, “God’s grace is greater than our sin and His forgiveness is greater than our failures.” Can we truly believe that and move beyond our brokenness and forgive others and ourselves? By God’s grace, yes, we can!

Journey back in your mind to the moment you gave your life to Christ. Recall what it felt like to receive mercy, forgiveness, and acceptance by your Heavenly Father. In today’s message, Pastor Ed admonishes to remember the day of our salvation. As we do, it will help us offer grace to those who have sinned against us. He points out that no matter how we have been wronged by another person, those offenses pale in comparison to how much been forgiven by God. Jesus asks us to forgive as we have been forgiven. We must obey His command.

When Christ taught us to pray, He said that we are to ask Abba Father to forgive us as we forgive those who have sinned against us. In today’s message on forgiveness, Pastor Ed points out that we tend to minimize our own sin. As we do so, we forget or do not realize just how much our Father in Heaven has forgiven us. However, through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Lord can open our eyes the unending mercy and grace we have received in Christ. As this happens, it becomes easier to extend this same grace and mercy to others.
