TJ Jacobs is an Actor, Entrepreneur and Movement Specialist from New York City. Originally from Virginia has been exploring the Arts and Education for over 15 years. 

Jacobs unparalleled passion for the arts prepared him for several industry opportunities including touring with pop sensation Betty Who, work with Wyclef Jean, Crystal Waters Showtek, and DJ Lina. His love for the stage continued on with the chance to perform twice at the Kennedy Center, Showtime at the Apollo, perform live in Times Square, Dream Magic Studios LA, Carnival: Choreographers Ball NYC, World of Dance: New York and New Jersey, Wizards Half-Time Show and Internationally.

As an Educator, Jacobs is the Founder of Pace Setters Dance, a Renowned Dance based company for the youth in Washington D.C. Through the founding of the company, Jacobs now has many mentees who have starred in television, film, and major performances with Artists across the U.S.

As a Speaker, Jacobs has most recently been featured as a TEDx Youth Speaker in the Nation's Capital Washington D.C., 

Jacobs is currently the Founder of Finding Rhythm Podcast where he works and Coaches other Entrepreneurs and creatives on ways to get unstuck and to find their own rhythm, discover how to gain flow within their journey that will produce tremendous results.

Norman Lloyd Kinsey III

Norman grew up in Pleasanton, California, and graduated from Foothill High School in 2005. After dabbling in several industries including nightclub promotion and outsourced personal assistant work, he started his entrepreneurial journey at 23 years old. Being so close to Silicon Valley, he wanted to serve and support an industry online but didn't have a clear direction. Then by chance, he stumbled upon J Rockcliff Realtors in the East Bay. Angelo Sisco is an international speaker, guide, and head coach at Alpha Hippie. Angelo has dedicated himself to empowering men who are overwhelmed and are stuck in a cycle of stress and burnout. Angelo has helped thousands of men reconnect to their mission and rebuild their lifestyle so they can enjoy their lives and get back to crushing it both personally and professionally. 

On October 15th, 2002, Angelo Sisco was involved in a hit and run motorcycle accident that changed his life forever. In an instant, he went from being a 20-year-old entrepreneur to someone fighting to save his leg and his way of life. 

After 8 surgeries, two months in a hospital bed, 5 months of daily rehab and the encouraging news from his doctors that any kind of athletics is permanently out of the question, Angelo fell into a deep depression. 

In 2009 he discovered CrossFit and everything changed once again. He had a new focus. He had a new purpose. He lost 100 pounds, which catapulted a 10-year journey that he couldn’t even imagine. 

During the 2010’s, Angelo opened O’Hare CrossFit and CrossFit Harwood Heights, consulted over 400 CrossFit Affiliates worldwide, co-founded Lifestyle Nutrition and Conquer Athlete, became an international speaker on how to succeed as an Affiliate owner, and coached multiple CrossFit Games competitors.

Angelo’s success in coaching and business gave him the confidence to begin what he would consider his most important journey of them all; his self-development, which he began in 2015.  After years of deep inner work, reflection, and growth Angelo titled his journey of self-discovery, Alpha Hippie. 

In true Angelo Sisco fashion, he followed what inspired him and began sharing his message through his podcast Alpha HIppie, and began mentoring other men on their path to self-discovery. 

In late 2019, Angelo realized he was at a crossroads in his career.  A choice had to be made; to either stay in a place of comfort or to step into the identity that was calling him: Alpha Hippie.  Angelo chose to step fully into Alpha Hippie.  

In 2020, the most unprecedented time in our recent history, Angelo removed himself from all business ventures that were CrossFit related, moved his new family to San Clemente, California, and partnered up with Markus Gerszi and Ryan Bucciantini to embark on a renewed and more focused version of Alpha Hippie. 

Alpha Hippie’s mission is to help overwhelmed men over 30, who are stuck in stress and burnout, reconnect to their mission and rebuild their lifestyle, so they can enjoy their free time again and get back to crushing it at work. 

Alpha Hippie share’s their mission via their men’s Facebook group “The Way of the Courageous Man”, the Alpha Hippie Podcast, and their world-class program for men entitled Alpha Hippie Mastery. 

In his free time, Angelo loves to travel, eat great food, and spend quality time with the people closest to him.

Scott Rammage

Dr. Michael Fowlin,

Michael Fowlin, better known as Mykee, is no stranger to the stage. He has been formally acting since age 11, but started creating voices (via prank calling) at age 9. In addition to his talents on stage, he has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Evangel University, in Springfield, Missouri, and in the fall of 2001, he attained a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Rutgers University. Oddly enough, he suffers from delusions of grandeur, for, while performing, he is convinced that every audience member is his patient. His programs combine both his professional acting talents and his psychological training. His mission is to create an atmosphere of worldwide inclusion, not just tolerance, towards all people. He has worked extensively with all age groups in the United States and in other countries. His work has included peer mediation, diversity trainings, gender equity workshops, and violence prevention seminars.  He hopes that all audience members will leave his performance with that wonderful, awakening feeling of beauty: the beauty within one’s self and the beauty within others; the celebration of our differences, and the acceptance of our shared experiences.
