In this article episode Jennifer and I discuss a recent Planning Advisory Service memo covering the Plan Integration for Resilience Scorecard (PIRS). The article, Building Resilience Through Plan Integration, cover’s the scorecard developed by Jamie Masterson and Phil Berke at Texas A&M University. It offers a spatial approach to finding inconsistencies in the various plans adopted by a community to ensure they are all working towards a shared vision.
