This week we are talking about building solid foundations within your career change journey.

If you are considering a new career path - here's one piece of advice I have for you - less is more.

I spend many hours of my day connecting with career changers - many of them are very eager to rush into implementing a myriad of vague career/ business ideas. They have this long list of unfulfilled wishes and a deep sense of urgency - to fulfil them all, at the same time.  

As you can imagine that attitude leads to massive overwhelm. And overwhelm does NOT lead to action. It leads to procrastination, avoidance, distraction, which then perpetuates that state of stuckness and helplessness even more. That is NOT the space from which you want to be making long-term decisions regarding your future. 

In this episode I invite you to view your career design process in the way you'd plan to build a house from the ground up - by starting with solid foundations.
