We finally got a Property Management company to grace our studio, and we hit the jackpot with Mr. Andy Marks of Maxwell Kates. Not only is Mr. Marks a senior VP, but he was a Property Manager, Board president, Worked at Chub Institute as a loss control representative, and studied acting. It was such a pleasure spending time with Mr. Marks.

Their property management software delivers essential functionality for maintaining a healthy building with a focus on automation and user experience. What a great show with Lola Ahmeti and Gani Ahmeti of Johnny's window cleaning service. Lola is the owner of the company and her brother Gani supervises the team. Lola started out with the company helping out with book keeping and ended up buying the company!  This is such a great story . We love promoting women and women owned companies in our industry.  Our BTTB moment was very informative this week you have to listen to it because it will affect all of New York City.
