We found another great female Resident Manager in our industry. They are hard to come by, boy we were lucky to sit down with Rolanda and get some valuable insight on the female perspective of being an RM. Our industry is lacking the female perspective, and value a women brings to the table. Frank kind of shocked Rolanda a bit with one of his stories. We interviewed the great Jerry Kestenbaum the founder of Building Link, a 20 year young real estate tech software platform in use daily by over 6,000 luxury residential high-rise communities and 1.2 million apartments across 39 states and 12 countries. He transitioned in 2018 from the role of CEO, to head up the company's loT wireless smart-sensors and engineering initiative, which was spun off as " Aware Buildings" an independent company as of July 1, 2022.
