We found another great female Resident Manager in our industry. They are hard to come by, boy we were lucky to sit down with Rolanda and get some valuable insight on the female perspective of being an RM. Our industry is lacking the female perspective, and value a women brings to the table. Frank kind of shocked Rolanda a bit with one of his stories. You will just have to listen to see what made Rolanda go Damn!

We interviewed Michaela Boren, and Jason Lucas from 32 BJ Green initiative program regarding LL97.    

Everyone needs to listen to this very informative show. Michaela and Jason shed some light on the very complicated NYC LL97 program that is being implemented, they shared information how the Union is conducting free classes to teach us how to prepare for what is coming.  For those who are not union members they shared information on where to go to get better educated, what websites we need to visit, how to navigate the wealth of information out there.

We interviewed the great Jerry Kestenbaum the founder of Building Link, a 20 year young real estate tech software platform in use daily by over 6,000 luxury residential high-rise communities and 1.2 million apartments across 39 states and 12 countries. He transitioned in 2018 from the role of CEO, to head up the company's loT wireless smart-sensors and engineering initiative, which was spun off as " Aware Buildings" an independent company as of July 1, 2022.

 We have to say this was one of our most informative shows we have had. Jerry is a wealth of information!  You will want to tell all of your friends to listen.

What a great interview we had with Joe Vela. He started out as a Fire Fighter in Michigan and came to New York became a Resident Manager and is the Vice President of The Metropolitan Building Managers Club. Talk about a man with many hats.
