Ken talks about parts of Dr. Joe Brickner's book, "So, You want to be a Coach..." and his reaction to the book. He also talks about making a career choice to coach and how he was brought to Christ during his coaching days.

His intention is to have a monthly video podcast with a guest coach, business leader, or spiritual leader. They will discuss the concepts and principles outlined in his book, getting the perspective of the interviewee. They will also discuss the interviewee's experiences in the sports or business world, exploring the role that their Christian faith plays in how they coach, manage and/or lead.
