  • 003 - Civil Construction Runs in This Family

    Send us a text

We had the opportunity while we were in the Atlanta GA area to sit down with Kate and Brett Rieling to talk their experience in the civil industry and how cool it is to be a husband/wife in the construction field. Kate talks about the things she learns being a PM from her husband who is a superintendent. She is able to use the advise and experience from his days to help better help her supers she works with. Having that is what she calls her "secret weapon".

There are a lot of responsibilities both on the PM side (Kate) and the Superintendent side (Brett) of the construction industry and we got to talk all about their day to day responsibilities, safety, issues and benefits. We even got to talk about Kates love for D11 dozers... Someone needs to buy Kate a D11 for her birthday.

We even got to touch on the ever growing topic in the industry of women in construction.

    We had a blast!
