We've all had an idea, that we don't know what exactly to do with it. There's both fear and excitement about what that idea could become. 

In this episode, Dustin reads us a book called "What Do You Do With An Idea" by Kobi Yamada that may help give us that little push to see where an idea could take us. 

Part of being a good leader is knowing how to engage conflict and reach goals while continuing to see and empathetically engage the human in front of you.

In part 2 of this episode, Dustin gives leaders practical tips on how to engage their co-workers in a way that helps them feel that they matter without sacrificing the overall goal. 

Being a leader requires having the ability to know how to engage and work through difficult conversations in a way that values everyone who is involved and still moves the ball forward.
