If you don't it's okay; for the longest I didn't either; but once you begin with the question "Am I Living My Truth?" it will open the door and lead to you finding the key you need to begin the self work process and grow into a phenomenal individual. Self work is a great thing; don't be afraid of it!

It's time that discussion begins on how suicide is affecting our communities worldwide. I'm hope to bring awareness to an issue that has had so many families left hopeless, defenseless, & speechless. We must stop this epidemic and the only way that we can is if we rise together, speak up, & speak out and continuously spread hope for love around the nation.
