Managing director at Bunnings, Michael Schneider, has been left heartbroken by the footage which has emerged of workers being threatened with shotguns and knives.

He also said the company is "incredibly disappointed" with the findings from the Privacy Commissioner and explained why they implemented the facial recognition technology, which has seen them breach privacy laws.
