A corporate lawyer for nearly two decades, Wani’s change in destiny began on Dec. 31, 2010, when she decided to stay in and reflect on the past year instead of joining friends in Miami to welcome in the new, a decision that would permanently alter the trajectory of her life. Within days, she began noticing frequent signs leading her to the French capital --- a country and culture that Wani had zero connection to. In 2012, she decided to follow her inspiration and move to Paris; a city where she knew no one, spoke not one word of French, in the dead of winter, and without having a Plan A or B, or any backup at all.

Today, Wani shares her own story and what she does building legal structures for founders, leaders and teams to better the culture and inspire for greater impact.
